MINITUB Boar Semen Extenders:Why are they safer?

All boar semen extenders are not the same;althought there is several sources for example BTS,the differences in quality between these are enormouse. There is several reasons for this observation, and one of the key factors is quality of the raw ingredients and efficient quality control. The consistently superior quality of MINITUB extenders for the conservation of boar sperm is due to both:theuse of high grade ingredients without exception, our strict quality control of all raw materials and of course efficient batch controls of every end product. Each batch of the components and each batch of extender produced is examined physically and chemically for purity and for complying with our standards. And most important:each component and each batch is checked for semen conservation properties after which the corresponding certificate is issued.

All production steps involved in MINITUB extender production comply with the rigorous GMP standards. GMP means that the production methods meet the strict regulations of the so-called "Good Manufacturing Practice" guidelines. These guidelines demand considerably higher standards than the familiar DIN ISO norms. Manufacturing procedures must be exactly described and documented at every level of production. Thus seamless tracing back of all our raw materials is assured:we can follow the history of our extenders from the production of the raw materials used, through the actual extender manufacture,to the release for sale.

The chemicals and raw materials including the antibiotics used in our extenders are all produced and certified after th Pharmacopoeias Ph Eur,BP or USP. All raw materials comply with these strict, internationally valid quality policies concerning the testing of medical substances. this gives us the security, that oniy original materials of highest quality and purity enter the production chain.

In summary, ourquality ensuring procedures and our complete documenration of all steps of extender production guarantee for safety and success
